Terms of Service (draft)
These terms cover your use of PacketSkipper (https://packetskipper.com). By creating an account, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you sign up for.
The service
PacketSkipper helps community association managers prepare agendas, board packets, sign-in sheets, minutes drafts, and meeting notices. Minutes drafts and notices are editable drafts created from templates and the information you enter. They aren't legal advice. You're responsible for reviewing them and for meeting the notice and record-keeping requirements of your state and each association's governing documents.
Accounts
Each account belongs to a company. The owner manages the team and billing and is responsible for the people they invite. Keep your password safe and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
Billing
After a 30-day free trial, PacketSkipper is billed per manager seat, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider. Added seats are prorated. Removed seats come off the bill at the next billing date or renewal. Payments aren't refunded. You can cancel any time; service continues until the end of the paid period.
Your content
You keep ownership of the documents and information you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.
When an account ends
If a trial or subscription ends, the account becomes read-only, and you can download your packets and minutes for 30 days. After that, the account's data and files are permanently deleted. We email the owner a week beforehand.
Acceptable use
Don't use PacketSkipper to send unwanted email, to break the law, or to interfere with the service or other customers.
