What we collect

• Account details: names, email addresses, and company names for managers.
• What you enter and upload: associations, agendas, documents, board contacts, meeting records, minutes, and notices.
• Billing details, which are handled by our payment provider. We don't store card numbers.
• Basic technical information needed to run and secure the service, such as sign-in times and when a board member opens a packet link.

How we use it

Only to provide PacketSkipper: storing your work, building documents, sending the emails you ask us to send, billing, support, and keeping the service secure. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use your content to train AI. There is no AI in PacketSkipper.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of PacketSkipper for us: hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, and payments. Board members you email receive the packet you send them.

How long we keep it

While your account is active. If a trial or subscription ends, data stays available for 30 days and is then permanently deleted.

Your choices

You can update or delete your content in the app, or ask us to close your account and delete your data.
